Special implementation tools

Other than the generally known decision techniques and methods, such as problem structuring according to the Ishikawa diagram, brainstorming, benchmarking, cost-benefit analyses, etc., which can be applied as and when required, ISPA consult has developed special implementation tools.
Among those are:
- RAPIDA checklists to expedite the search for action alternatives which add to the improvement of the current working situation and can increase the employees' job satisfaction. RAPIDA checklists (RAPIDA = Respond And Produce Innovative Development And Action) are based on the updated evaluation of best-practice examples for different parts of the ISPA employee survey.
- FAP (= Follow-up Activity Planner), a special software for the central multi-project management supervision of implementation processes, which allows the central project management, but also the subproject managers and other people with authorised access, to get a general idea of the status quo of the implementation at all times.
- Other implementation tools such as standard programmes for implementation workshops on department level, training programmes for moderators, prime examples of reporting parallel to the implementation, support with intended publications in professional journals, etc.
