To reduce the detected weaknesses and sources of error, ISPA consult recommends dividing the implementation into six phases. Each phase contains specific main tasks which have to be dealt with centrally (on company level) or locally (on department level), with or without external consulting.  Moreover, tasks that relate to more than one phase, such as the supervision of the overall process, the implementation reporting, etc., are added. |
