Follow-up-Activity Planner (FAP)

Online action planning

Planning and monitoring the follow-up process after an employee survey

Employee survey results and data alone do not cause change processes.
Action planning is the last and most important step of an employee survey. For this purpose, a solid data foundation is important. Therefore, the recommendation for action ought to be: Knowledge needs to turn into activity!

What does successful action planning look like?

The complexity of action planning is not to be underestimated: First, the employee survey results from the fields of action have to be accurately analysed. Closely related to this, joint tasks are to be defined and realistic options for action have to be developed. Eventually, it is necessary to create the appropriate general framework for the implementation of a target-oriented action catalogue.

FAP key data
  • overview of all actions based on the provided organisation chart
  • aggregated frequency count of the actions for different statuses
  • creation of a (role-based) access system (passwords)
  • compiling and editing actions with the aid of an input mask

FAP

The FAP tool (Follow-up Activity Planner) developed by ISPA is supposed to help you in order to systematically structure and document the developed actions in the different locations/sectors or departments. The information from all locations and all sectors provides the employee survey project management with the possibility to gain an overview of the current state of the action implementation. If necessary, the bundled information can then be used for a more efficient project organisation or for an adjustment of the company's general conditions.

FAP

With the online FAP tool, we provide you with a high-performance software for collecting measures and suggestions for improvement as well as for creating status evaluations of their implementation after the employee survey.

Worldwide progress monitoring

Thanks to the web-based solution, the authorised users (often executives of the examined locations/sectors/departments) are enabled to enter their data from all over the world. The user only has access through a password-protected input mask. The password is generated and sent to the user by ISPA or the company. The access administration (passwords) can be individually adjusted to the organisational structure of the particular company.
