The FAP tool (Follow-up Activity Planner) developed by ISPA is supposed to help you in order to systematically structure and document the developed actions in the different locations/sectors or departments. The information from all locations and all sectors provides the employee survey project management with the possibility to gain an overview of the current state of the action implementation. If necessary, the bundled information can then be used for a more efficient project organisation or for an adjustment of the company's general conditions.
With the online FAP tool, we provide you with a high-performance software for collecting measures and suggestions for improvement as well as for creating status evaluations of their implementation after the employee survey. Worldwide progress monitoringThanks to the web-based solution, the authorised users (often executives of the examined locations/sectors/departments) are enabled to enter their data from all over the world. The user only has access through a password-protected input mask. The password is generated and sent to the user by ISPA or the company. The access administration (passwords) can be individually adjusted to the organisational structure of the particular company. |
