Contents and competencies

Which competencies ought to be evaluated?

Contents of the 360° executive feedback

  • Basically all components which are crucial to the behaviour of the executives (consistent with their role in the company) towards superiors, employees, peers and customers: professional, social, methodological, leadership and personal skills, which are specified by corresponding individual questions. The standard ISPA questionnaire for 360° executive feedbacks includes 18 spheres of competence.
  • A five-point scale (1=not important; 5=very important) asks about the importance of these spheres of competence for the executive position of the feedback receiver. Analogue to this, the questionnaire asks about the perception of the feedback giver regarding how well the respective feedback receiver actually shows the required competencies (1=weak skill; 5=very strong skill).
  • specification of each sphere of competence through several rating questions which have to be answered on a five-point scale (1=weak; 5=very strong)
  • overall assessment of the feedback receiver from the perspective of each feedback giver
  • other questions
