Employee surveys developed from a rather "simple" product into a high-tech product in need of explanation.

Due to permanent advancements, the range of employee surveys became considerably more versatile for the clients. Accordingly, the search for need-based, customised problem solving, which best meets the individual demands of the client company, became more difficult nowadays.
