When professionally executed, the implementation of a 360° executive feedback in a company guarantees fair and objective feedback. The execution is a complex project and from a psychological point of view, because of the risk of offence, a highly sensitive one. Assessing executives from different perspectives
During the 360° executive feedback, a particular executive is evaluated from at least four perspectives (4x90°) on the basis of a structured questionnaire in print or online format. The data is collected through an employee survey of different target groups within the company and, if necessary, completed by a customer survey.

- peers
- customers and/or suppliers who collaborate with the executive
- self-evaluation of the executive (self-assessment)
Feedback receiver (person evaluated)
Executive mentioned by name, e.g. divisional head, head of the department, etc.
It is expedient to compare the results of the third-party evaluation with the results of the self-evaluation.
